Benefit eligibility 

Casey’s Team Members are eligible for benefits based on position, standard hours, and length of employment. Full-time Team Members are regularly scheduled to work 35+ hours per week, Limited Full-time Team Members are regularly scheduled to work 30-34 hours per week, and Part-time Team Members are regularly scheduled to work 29 hours or less per week.

To support your financial well-being, Casey’s offers a generous 401(k) retirement plan to all Team Members aged 21+ with 90 days of service, with Casey’s matching 100% of the first 6% you contribute to the plan. All company contributions are matched in Casey’s Common Stock. Casey’s partners with DailyPay and ADP Wisely Pay to offer you access to your earned wages, on-demand. With earned wage access (EWA), you can get paid when and how you want, instead of waiting for your regularly scheduled paycheck. DailyPay and Wisely Pay are voluntary benefits that enable Team Members to track, save, and transfer their earnings at your own schedule.
