Terms and Conditions of Use

Welcome to Casey's Rewards (the "Program"), operated by Casey's General Stores, Inc. and its subsidiary companies (collectively "Casey's," "we" or "us"). This Terms and Conditions of Use ("Agreement") contains the terms upon which Casey's agrees to provide, and which govern the use and operation of, and your participation in, the Program and certain other related promotional activities as described below.

PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY. YOUR ACCESS TO AND USE OF ANY PART OF THE PROGRAM CONSTITUTES YOUR EXPRESS AGREEMENT TO THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, YOU MAY NOT ACCESS, USE OR PARTICIPATE IN THE PROGRAM.

YOUR REWARDS POINTS EXPIRE IF NOT USED IN A CERTAIN AMOUNT OF TIME, OR IF YOU HAVE NO ACCOUNT ACTIVITY FOR A CERTAIN AMOUNT OF TIME. SEE SECTION 8 BELOW FOR DETAILS.

1. GENERAL TERMS. This Agreement is a legally binding agreement between you and Casey's. By using or participating in the Program, which is intentionally defined broadly, you agree to be legally bound by all of the terms and conditions of the Agreement. This Agreement sets forth your rights and obligations with respect to your use of and participation in the Program. If you have questions regarding this Agreement, please contact us here. As discussed further in Section 11 below, Casey's reserves the right to modify this Agreement and the Program at its sole discretion, without notice.

2. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS. BY USING OR PARTICIPATING IN THE PROGRAM, YOU EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGE, REPRESENT AND AGREE THAT YOU: (A) ARE OVER 13 YEARS OF AGE, AND IF YOU ARE BETWEEN 13 YEARS OF AGE AND 18 YEARS OF AGE, YOU HAVE THE PERMISSION OF A PARENT OR LEGAL GUARDIAN TO PARTICIPATE; (B) HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT; (C) UNDERSTAND THAT YOU ARE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT; AND (D) WILL COMPLY WITH THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT AND ANY APPLICABLE LAWS AND REGULATIONS.

3. INCORPORATED TERMS. Additional terms and conditions apply to the Program, including (without limitation) Casey's Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Web Accessibility Statement, Coupon Policy, and any promotional, community fundraising or sweepstakes rules, all of which are incorporated herein by reference and shall be binding upon all participants.

4. JOINING CASEY'S REWARDS. To join Casey's Rewards, create a Casey's account online here, or through Casey's mobile app, follow the applicable instructions and provide the information requested. By creating a Casey's account, you are automatically enrolled in the Program until your Casey's account is cancelled, or as otherwise set forth in this Agreement. You cannot join or participate in Casey's Rewards without creating a Casey's account, and you cannot cancel or opt-out of Casey's Rewards without canceling your Casey's account.

There is no fee to join or participate in the Program, which is only open to You are only allowed one Program account that is personal to you, and you are prohibited from using another account holder or participant's Program points or redemptions without their consent.

5. EARNING Casey's Rewards Points. Program members are eligible to earn points as follows, subject to the terms set forth in this Agreement and as amended from time-to-time:

• Merchandise: 10 points for every full $1 actually spent on eligible/qualifying items purchased at participating Casey's stores (in person or over the phone), on Casey's website or through its mobile app (both of which require you to be logged-in to your Casey's account at the time of purchase); or

• Fuel: 5 points for every full gallon of fuel purchased (other than purchases made with your Casey's Rewards fuel discount). Fuel purchases do not earn points for dollars spent (i.e., no double points are awarded); or

• Other: Casey's may also offer special promotions or other offerings which can earn points or may otherwise provide points for certain occasions or customer service reasons, all at Casey's sole discretion.

For a list of items excluded from the Program, on which you do not earn points, and to which you cannot apply rewards, see below in Section 7.

If you make a purchase with, or using, any loyalty, rewards or related program other than Casey's Rewards, no points will be earned for that purchase or transaction. Also, if you make a fuel purchase using your Casey's Rewards fuel discount, no points will be earned for that transaction. Points earned using Casey's Cash are earned on the final transaction amount, after Casey's Cash is applied.

To earn points, a minimum qualifying purchase of $1 of merchandise, and one gallon of fuel, is required. Points are not earned for partial dollars spent, or partial gallons purchased (for example, a qualifying merchandise purchase of $1.50 earns 10 points, not 15 points). Individual transactions cannot be combined. Amounts spent on sales tax, other taxes, tips, delivery fees, donations, activation fees, service charges and related costs do not earn points, and points are earned on the final amount spent on an individual transaction, excluding these costs, after discounts, coupons, Casey's Cash or other promotions are applied.

In order for points to be credited to your Program account balance, you must do the following, or no points will be earned or credited (and points will not be retroactively awarded if you fail or forget to do so for a transaction):

• In-Store: For in-store purchases, enter your phone number associated with your Casey's account when prompted on the pin-pad or provide it to the cashier, or, allow the cashier to scan the Casey's Rewards QR code as it appears on your mobile device.

• Online: For online/mobile app purchases, you must be logged-in to your Casey's account when making the purchase, and any eligible points will automatically post to your account.
• At the Pump: If purchasing fuel at the pump, enter your phone number associated with your Casey's account when prompted on the fuel dispenser.

• Phone: For purchases over the phone, provide your phone number associated with your Casey's account.

Although points should be credited to your Program account promptly after the transaction is complete, it is possible there may be some delay for the points to appear and be available for redemption.

Except as otherwise set forth herein, points that you earn are not lost or forfeited until they are redeemed and the applicable time for non-use has passed (see Section 8 below for further details), you have no Casey's Rewards activity for one year, or your Casey's account is cancelled or terminated.

6. Redeeming AND USING Casey's Rewards Points. In order to use your Casey's Rewards points, they must be first “redeemed” and converted into a “Casey's Cash” discount balance, a fuel discount balance or a “Cash for Classrooms” school donation. Available points may be redeemed in multiples of 50 points, with a minimum of 250 points for each redemption, for one of the following three options:

• Casey's Cash: Redeem 250 points for $1 off eligible purchases in the form of Casey's Cash discounts, with each additional 50 points representing an additional $0.20 discount (for example, if you redeem 350 points, you will receive $1.40 of discounts in the form of Casey's Cash).

• Fuel Discount: Redeem 250 points for a $0.05/gallon fuel discount, with each additional 50 points representing an additional $0.01/gallon discount (for example, if you redeem 350 points, you will receive $0.07/gallon fuel discount). When used, fuel discounts will apply to a maximum of 20 gallons per transaction only, and points will not be earned on fuel transactions/gallons on which the usage is applied.

• Cash for Classrooms: Redeem 250 points for a $1 school donation, with each additional 50 points representing an additional $0.20 donation (for example, if you redeem 350 points, it will apply to a $1.40 school donation).

• Other: Casey's may also offer special promotions or other offerings in which points can be redeemed at different rates, or for different discounts, than set forth above, all at Casey's sole discretion.

After you redeem your points, the applicable rewards balance will appear in your Program account until they are used or they expire. Casey's Cash and fuel discounts rewards must be used within 30 days of redemption, or those applicable discounts expire and can no longer be used. After you make a redemption election, you may not reelect or choose a different method, or exchange the points, for a different reward (for example, if you redeem 250 points for a $0.05/gallon fuel discount, you cannot change those to a school donation).

In order to use your available redeemed rewards, you must do the following:

• In-Store: For in-store purchases, enter your phone number associated with your Casey's account when prompted on the pin-pad or provide it to the cashier, or, allow the cashier to scan the Casey's Rewards QR code as it appears on your mobile device. You can then tell the cashier if you would like to use your redeemed fuel discount (for fuel purchases), or if you would like to apply the maximum applicable amount of your Casey's Cash discount to your purchase (only fuel discounts, and not Casey's Cash discounts, can be used for fuel purchases).

• Online: For online/mobile app purchases, you must be logged-in to your Casey's account when making the purchase, and when checking out you can select the amount of the Casey's Cash discount you would like to apply to your purchase. Because fuel purchases cannot currently be made online, you cannot use your fuel discounts on an online transaction.

• At the Pump: If purchasing fuel at the pump, enter your phone number associated with your Casey's account when prompted on the fuel dispenser to apply your applicable fuel discount.

• Phone: For purchases over the phone, provide your phone number associated with your Casey's account, and tell the Casey's team member the amount of the Casey's Cash discount you would like to apply to your purchase.

For a list of items excluded from the Program, on which you do not earn points, and to which you cannot apply rewards, see below in Section 7.

If using a Casey's Cash discount online or over the phone, you can select the amount of the applicable redeemed reward you would like to apply to a qualifying purchase (for example, if you have $1.00 in available Casey's Cash discounts, you can choose to apply only $0.50 to a qualifying purchase). If using a Casey's Cash discount in-store, you cannot select the amount of the discount to be applied, but rather only whether or not to use the maximum applicable discount. As noted, Casey's Cash discounts cannot be applied to a fuel purchase.

If using fuel discounts, you cannot select the amount of the applicable discount, as your entire fuel discount balance will be applied to a transaction unless your redeemed rewards exceeds the price per gallon of fuel (for example, if you have a $1.00/gallon balance of fuel discounts, and fuel is $2.50/gallon, the entire $1.00/gallon will be applied to the transaction; if you have a $3.00/gallon balance, and fuel is $2.50/gallon, $2.49/gallon will be applied and you will have $0.51/gallon remaining in your balance until it is used or expires). Fuel discounts can be used for 20 gallons maximum per transaction (if you pump less than 20 gallons, the remaining discount will not remain, and will be lost), the pump cannot “roll back” to less than $0.01/gallon, and you do not receive points for transactions/gallons on which a fuel discount applies.

If redeeming points for a school donation, no further action is required after redemption, and the transaction will be processed as a school donation as otherwise set forth herein. All donations are made in Casey's name, and no receipt or documentation will be provided. For additional details on school donations, see below in Section 9.

You cannot use Casey's Rewards discounts on a transaction if you make a purchase with, or using, any loyalty or rewards program other than Casey's Rewards.

Points and redemption balances are promotional only and cannot be redeemed for cash.

7. EXCLUSIONS. The following items and services are not eligible to earn or redeem Casey's Rewards points, and Casey's Cash discounts cannot be applied against the following items: age-restricted products including but not limited to alcohol, tobacco and nicotine products, lottery, lotto and video poker; financial cards/products including but not limited to money orders, gift cards, reloadable/prepaid cards, phone cards, Pay Near Me income; applicable taxes and fees including but not limited to sales tax, bottle deposits, delivery fees and tips/gratuities; postage stamps; donations; shipping services; any purchases made at a franchise or leased location, even if inside a Casey's facility, which may include Subway, A&W and other brands; milk; mobile contracts; newspapers or magazines; car washes; video centers; breakage fees; certain purchases at truck stop locations (including but not limited to showers, laundromat, scales, cash advances, RV dumps and dry cleaning services); or, any other item prohibited by applicable law. These exclusions are subject to change at Casey's discretion.

From time to time, Casey's may run promotions that include certain of these items (for example, it may award a certain number of points for a gift card purchase in connection with a particular promotional event).Those limited offers are not valid unless and until communicated by Casey's for that specific purpose.

8. EXPIRATION OF REWARDS/POINTS/REDEMPTIONS/DISCOUNTS. Subject to Section 11 below, points that you have earned will not expire or be lost/forfeited unless: (a) they are redeemed and the applicable time for non-use/expiration has passed; (b) you have no Casey's Rewards activity for one year, in which case all of your points, redemptions and balances will expire; or (c) your Casey's account is cancelled or terminated, in which case all of your points, redemptions and balances will expire (creating a new Casey's account or reactivating a prior account will not restore points/balances).

After you have redeemed points for Casey's Cash discounts or fuel discounts, you have 30 days from redemption to use them, or they will expire and be lost/forfeited.

You acknowledge that Casey's has no liability to you for failure to redeem points, use your rewards or if your points or redemptions otherwise expire or are lost for any reason.

9. CASH FOR CLASSROOMS (SCHOOL DONATIONS). In the Cash for Classrooms section online or in Casey's mobile app, click the “Learn More” button to be taken to the school directory where you can search for and select your desired school from the available choices. You may search by school name or by ZIP Code. After you locate your desired school, click “Support this school” to indicate your choice. After you have selected a school to support, you can redeem Casey's Rewards points for a donation to your selected school. As noted above, a minimum of 250 points is required to redeem for a school donation.

Only schools that appear on the list of eligible schools may receive donations, which includes many elementary and secondary accredited public and private schools in the United States.No registration by the school is necessary and Casey's will attempt to review the eligible schools list on an annual basis.

All Cash for Classrooms donations go directly to school administration and can be used by the school at its discretion (you cannot earmark a donation for a particular purpose at the school).

Regardless of when you make a Cash for Classrooms redemption/donation, payments to the applicable school(s) will be made two times per year, on or around December 31st and on or around April 30th. The December payment will reflect amounts donated from March 2nd through the following November 1st, and the April payment will reflect the amounts donated from November 2nd through March 1st. All donations will be made in the form of a check to the school and will be mailed to the school's address on file. Casey's has no responsibility for lost or undelivered checks or if a school refuses the donation, fails to cash the check or fails to use the donated funds.

All donations are made in a lump sum to each applicable school, in Casey's name, and no receipts or other documentation will be provided.

With respect to the list of schools, and related information, appearing or being used in the Program, please note the following: THE INFORMATION IS PROVIDED FOR YOUR INTERNAL USE ONLY AND MAY NOT BE COPIED OR REDISTRIBUTED FOR ANY REASON. THIS INFORMATION IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. THE INFORMATION IS THE INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY OF THE PROVIDER OR ITS INFORMATION PROVIDERS. IN NO EVENT WILL PROVIDER OR ITS INFORMATION PROVIDERS BE LIABLE IN ANY WAY WITH REGARD TO SUCH INFORMATION. YOUR USE OF THE INFORMATION MUST IN ALL CASES COMPLY WITH ALL APPLICABLE LAWS AND REGULATIONS.

10. PIZZA “BOX TOPS” PROGRAM. Casey's offers its guests the opportunity to redeem ten cardboard “box tops” in-store from its large pizza boxes in exchange for one free pizza (subject to certain restrictions). Starting December 1, 2019, the “box top” program will be transitioned from the physical redemption of cardboard “box tops” to a related digital offering, subject to the terms below, which will be provided through Casey's website and mobile app.

After March 1, 2020, physical “box tops” can no longer be redeemed as part of Casey's pizza “box top” program.Any existing physical “box tops” you have must be brought to a Casey's store location prior to March 1, 2020, and converted to digital “box tops.”In order to participate in the new digital “box top” program, you must create a Casey's account.

Details of the transition and new digital pizza “box tops” program include the following:

• To continue participation in Casey's pizza “box tops” program after March 1, 2020, you will need to create a Casey's account on the Casey's website or mobile app.

• Casey's is discontinuing physical “box tops” on its pizza boxes on or around November 1, 2019. Any physical “box tops” that you have or acquire prior to March 1, 2020 will need to be brought to a Casey's store location, where a Casey's team member will convert your physical “box tops” into digital “box tops,” which will then appear in your Casey's account.

• To earn new digital pizza “box tops,” purchase any large pizza while logged-in to your Casey's account on the Casey's website or mobile app, or provide your phone number to the Casey's team member taking your order at the store or over the phone.

• After you accumulate ten digital pizza “box tops” (whether by conversion or new purchases), they will be automatically redeemed for an offer for a free large pizza that will be saved in your Casey's account, and applied on your next Casey's pizza purchase using your account, which eligible purchase must occur within 30 days of acquiring the free pizza offer. Redemption of the free pizza offer will occur automatically and will apply to the most expensive large pizza in your order. The free large pizza offer has a maximum redeemable amount of $15.99.

• If you do not purchase an eligible pizza within 30 days of earning the free large pizza offer, the free large pizza offer will expire, and can no longer be redeemed.

• A free large pizza cannot be earned and redeemed in the same transaction. For example, if you have nine pizza “box tops” and purchase two large pizzas, the two pizza “box tops” will be credited to your account for redemption on your next eligible purchase.

11. MODIFICATION OR TERMINATION OF THIS AGREEMENT OR THE PROGRAM. Casey's may change, suspend, discontinue or cancel any aspect of the Program or your Casey's Rewards account or balance at any time, including but not limited to rewards and point earning/redemption/usage methods, at its sole discretion and without notice to you. In addition, Casey's may convert the Program and points/redemptions into different rewards programs having different point values at any time without notice. This means that the number of points needed to redeem a reward, or a certain level or reward, may be increased, the time for earning or using them reduced, or the rewards changed, so you may not be able to obtain, earn or claim certain rewards no matter how long you participate in the Program. This includes reserving the right to apply changes retroactively to benefits already earned under the program.

Casey's may also impose limits on membership eligibility, certain features and services or restrict your access to parts or all of the Program, without notice or liability. Casey's reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse service or suspend or terminate a Casey's account or participation in the Program.

Although Casey's will make reasonable efforts to notify participants of any changes, you should periodically check the Terms and Conditions of Use for applicable changes.

12. INACCURACIES OR ERRORS. The descriptions, pictures, representations of products, promotions and/or other information available through the Program may contain inaccuracies and/or errors. Casey's does not make any warranty or representation with respect to the accuracy or completeness of any such information, and reserves the right to correct the same without penalty. Furthermore, the prices and availability of products referenced through the Program may change without notice to you at any time in Casey's sole discretion. Casey's shall have the right to refuse or cancel any advertisements placed or listed at an incorrect price or location.

13. GOVERNING LAW/VENUE. Casey's manages the Program within the State of Iowa in the United States. If you choose to use and/or participate in the Program from any other location, state or country, you do so at your own risk and initiative and are solely responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws and regulations. You agree that the laws of the State of Iowa (excluding any choice of law rules) govern your rights and obligations relating to Casey's and your use of and/or participation in the Program, and exclusive jurisdiction and venue for any disputes relating to this Agreement and/or the Program shall be the state or federal courts located in Iowa.

14. DISCLAIMERS. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ALL INFORMATION, SERVICES, AND MATERIALS AVAILABLE THROUGH THE PROGRAM ARE FURNISHED TO YOU ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT ANY IMPLIED OR EXPRESS WARRANTY OF ANY KIND (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, SUITABILITY, SECURITY, CORRECTNESS, ACCESSIBILITY AND NON-INFRINGEMENT). CASEY'S, ITS SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AGENTS, AND SUPPLIERS (COLLECTIVELY THE "CASEY'S PARTIES") MAKE NO REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY REGARDING: (A) THE CONTINUED AVAILABILITY, RELIABILITY, ACCURACY, ACCESSIBILITY, RESULTS OR PERFORMANCE OF THE PROGRAM; (B) THE EXISTENCE (OR ABSENCE) OF ANY VIRUS, WORM, MALWARE, MALICIOUS CODE OR OTHER DISABLING DEVICES OR CODE FROM ANY SOURCES; (C) THE UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR USE OF YOUR INFORMATION BY A PARTY OTHER THAN THE CASEY'S PARTIES; (D) ANY TECHNICAL FAILURES (INCLUDING HARDWARE OR SOFTWARE FAILURES); OR (E) LOSS, USE OR MISUSE OF DATA.

15. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. YOUR USE OF THE PROGRAM IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. YOU AGREE THAT THE CASEY'S PARTIES ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, DIRECT, INDIRECT, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE CASEY'S PARTIES' TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY DAMAGES, LOSSES, FEES AND EXPENSES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS' FEES), WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE EXCEED THE AMOUNT (IF ANY) SPENT BY YOU ON QUALIFYING PURCHASES UNDER THE PROGRAM WITHIN THE LAST SIX MONTHS WHICH FORM THE BASIS OF YOUR CLAIM, OR $100 IF YOU HAVE NOT PAID ANY AMOUNTS TO CASEY'S. THESE EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY WILL APPLY TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW AND WILL SURVIVE CANCELLATION OR TERMINATION OF YOUR ACCOUNT. IF YOU LIVE IN A STATE THAT DOES NOT ALLOW THE WAIVER OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES, OR LIMITATIONS OR DAMAGES WAIVERS DESCRIBED IN THIS SECTION, SOME OF THESE PROVISIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. YOU AGREE TO PROMPTLY NOTIFY CASEY'S IN WRITING IF YOU BELIEVE YOU HAVE ANY CLAIM AGAINST THE CASEY'S PARTIES, AND, IN ANY EVENT, YOU AGREE THAT ANY CLAIM NOT BROUGHT WITHIN ONE YEAR AFTER IT ARISES (OR SUCH SHORTER PERIOD UNDER APPLICABLE STATUTES OF LIMITATION) SHALL BE WAIVED AND RELEASED.

Casey's will not be responsible for any Internet, mobile device, computer, or communications-related failures or any events beyond its reasonable control.

16. SEVERABILITY AND WAIVER. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid by any court having competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of the Agreement, all of which shall remain in full force and effect. Failure to exercise or delay in exercising any right, power or privilege by Casey's under this Agreement shall not constitute any waiver or modification of the terms of this Agreement by Casey's.

17. ENTIRE AGREEMENT. This Agreement – along with all incorporated terms identified in Section 3 – contains the entire agreement between you and Casey's with respect to the Program. All prior agreements, representations, statements, negotiations, and undertakings with respect to the subject matter herein are superseded by this Agreement. Terms that by their nature are intended to survive the termination, cancellation, or expiration of this Agreement shall survive.

18. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. The Program is void where prohibited. Your points and redeemed rewards are promotional in nature, have no cash value, and cannot be sold, copied, shared, transferred or used for commercial purposes. Casey's reserves the right to impose volume or other limitations on items and/or to offer different and/or additional benefits to some participants based on geographic location, participation in the Program, or other criteria determined by us in our sole discretion or as required by applicable law.
