Our next Employee Spotlight is highlighting one of our Food Service Product Development Managers, Kelli Reinhart. Kelli has been with Casey's for eight and a half years, and from day one, she knew that Casey's was the right career move for her. At the beginning of her employment at Casey's, Kelli noticed the tenure throughout the building, paired with the vision of a genuine family-oriented company: "The way everyone mutually respected each other and genuinely cared was so appealing." That mentality combined with the on-site Child Development Center was a huge draw for her when she started, as she had a two-year-old and a nine-month-old child at the time.
As a Product Development Manager, Kelli is responsible for product innovation and finding the next best product(s) to put into a Casey's store. She thoroughly enjoys the opportunities Casey's has given her in regards to the ability to build relationships with suppliers and employees in the field, and the chance to attend various industry trade-shows, such as The Pizza Show, IDDBA (International Dairy Deli Bakery Association) Annual Show, and NACS (National Association of Convenience Stores) events. In addition, Kelli enjoys the opportunity to serve on various internal committees at Casey's. When asked what being a Casey's employee means, she said, "It means you're a part of an organization that truly cares, and treats you like family."
