Audra began her career at Casey's as an intern in the summer of 2010, and has been a loyal employee ever since.
As our Benefits and Wellness Coordinator, she has an extremely important role of ensuring that all of our 36,000+ employees understand and enroll in Casey's benefits. In this role she takes daily calls from employees with questions, works with insurance companies and different vendors, and is truly an integral part of the Casey's team.
Audra says that the reason she choose to stay on as a full-time employee after her internship was because she very much appreciated how much Casey's was invested in her stating, "Right as I was graduating and had been going through a few other interviews, I realized they all felt very stiff and didn't give off the same impression Casey's had." She believes that Casey's truly makes an effort to contribute and give back to its community.
Audra also mentioned that although the company has grown tremendously over the past few years, the environment has remained steadfast and places an emphasis on supportive, friendly coworkers and a family feel that echoes the Midwest values Casey's prides itself on.
